In using this website and/or placing an order with The Antiques Loft, you are deemed to have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions:

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting The Antiques Loft terms and conditions. “Ourselves”, “Our”, “We” and “Us”, refers to The Antiques Loft. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves.

All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the our stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing English Law. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Payment Terms

All orders are on a prepayment basis. Although we reserves the right to change prices of products or special offers at any time, all pricing is guaranteed at time of payment. No order is dispatched until cleared payment has been received.

In order to streamline our accounting procedures and keep running costs down we offer a number of payment options.

Cancellation and Refunds

Once dispatched, refunds are only available if goods are returned in orginal condition. Only cost of the original products returned will be refunded, not the shipping / insurance costs for sending order out to you. Return shipping will also be at the clients expense. If requesting a refund, you are doing so on the strict agreement to these terms.

Disclaimer re loss / damage in transit

We cannot be held liable for any loss or damage to products whilst in transit. We always tracked and signed for shipping services with the relevant insurance cover. So, in the unlikely event of loss or damage to order, a claim can be made on the instrance.

If you have arranged collection, either yourself or via your own assigned courier, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage once goods have been collected (after inspection) and removed from our premises.

Acceptance

All orders placed with The Antiques Loft are subject to the Terms and Conditions detailed above – your full agreement to all our published terms is made as soon as you complete/pay for an order.

We reserve the right to revise these policies at any time.
